How can I hide Apache version from error pages?

Hi all,

Please I have a dedicated server running Apahce 2, and I would like to find a way to disable the server from showing a footer similar to:
Code: 
      Apache/2.0.54 (Unix) mod_perl/1.99_17-dev Perl/v5.8.0 mod_ssl/2.0.54 OpenSSL/0.9.7g PHP/4.4.0
When an error happens or when anyone do a gzip test on my website like: http://www.desilva.biz/gzip-test.php, it shows full information about the server.

Please step by step, I read TONS of documents that speaks about how important to do this but still can't figure where to start, I guess it's something related to "Headers"?
