MySQL Backup Server

Hello,

I have one MySQL DB, a main one, however I would like to back it up every 12 hours and have it transfered to another MySQL database on a different Server.

What is the best way of going about this? I would also like to use this backup server as a cache server so I can search data that doesn't affect the main server itself.
