using "pooled" or Registrar NS vs own
Greetings people!I have received confusing info elsewhere and jes' know you folks can straighten it out 4 me

I have a dedicated Server with allocated spare IP #.
My Registrar - REgisterfly - offers use of their NS's and says that this would offer better propagation and speed.
Been told this is wrong.
Been advised to donate my own Ip's and use one of them to be my existing Host IP number. ( Only needing to add 1 IP # )
Also just learned my Dedicated Provider has something called "pool IP's". What are they for?
Finally, I will be registering SSL accounts which as I understand each require a dedicated I.P. ?
In which case, as my Registrar requires 2 IP's for a nameserver, does the dedicated SSL domain actually require 2?
Thanks,
