Server Security Setup

Which companies can be recommended to secure a server (one time thing) and that also are offering their services on demand?

Got a server where the admin disappeared and I want to a) get his account removed and b) the server checked so that no backdoor for that admin is left on the system. I also need APF and BFD updated to the latest versions. <i>This posting is not an offer for the job. I am researching this only and want to compare services.</i>

I would like to do research on possible companies and would like to know who has made good experience with which company.
