Domain name issue

Ok, we bought a server on layeredtech.com and we are facing a a weird problem. It loosk like that the server doesn't "accept" the domain name: www.pgtour.net

Our registrar is set properly. Name Servers are ns1.pgtour.net and ns2.pgtour.net and both lead to the following IP: 72.36.211.58 (ping ns1.pgtour.net and ping ns2.pgtour.net resolve propely).

Here is our WHM settings:

So anything set wrong? Anything else I need to check? The Tech from layeredtech.com told me that the the problem is because both ns1 and ns1 are pointing to the same IP... which doesn't make any sense.

Thanks in advance.
