MYSQL Error with Kayako

I am trying to backup my Kayako but I receive this error

Server Error
The following error occurred:

The server closed the connection while reading the response. Contact your system administrator. (SERVER_RESPONSE_CLOSE)
Please contact the administrator.

I should think it is a mysql error, anyone encountered this and how to solve?
