Server time off by 5 Minutes.

My server's time is FAST by 5-6 Minutes. In my daily cpanel update log the first line is:

rdate: Operation not permitted: could not set system time: Sun Aug 21 04:19:16 2005

And I try updating it via WHM and it basically does not work.

How can I fix this?


Also, there are like a million time zones in WHM. I want the time zone to be US EST. Which one of the many "EST" time zones do I use?
