What could cause a 403 forbidden error after viewing a few pages?
I have a a visitor tell me he gets a 403 forbidden error after viewing a few pages on my site each time. The problem only occurs in Firefox for him (not IE). Mod_dosevasive seems like the most likely culprit, but my ban settings are actually double the default, so it shouldn't trigger a false alarm so easily like this. Is there anything else that I should be looking for? I have APF installed as well, though from the description of the problem APF doesn't look like it can be the cause.
