mail servers on multi domain environment
How do you guys handle the domain reported in your mail servers banner etc when hosting multiple domains?
Do you simply leave it as fqdn.yourhost.com regardless of any of the users domain(s)?
What I've been doing for a long while now is setting up mail.usersdomain.com (and just domain.com if they are on the same server) as a convenience to the user in DNS, and they can also use mydomain.com as well.
How do you suggest this be setup for best results?
Have any of you started including the 'spf' DNS records yet?
