Setting up ModernBill CronJobs...

I am in the process of setting up the master Cron Job on the server, however I need to have / enter an ENCKEY.

I have no idea what this is, obvisouly is an encrypted key, I have searched around google, and even on here but have not located an answer, where do I get / generate and ENCKEY for MB?
