No longer able to download raw log via ftp (cpanel)
One of the users claim he can no longer
login to his ftp log account download logs.
using the following format which is given by cpanel.
ftp://username_logs:password@ftp.domain.com/domain.com
Anyone had this problem before and had fix the it?
