Beware of shahzebchachar - fraud customer

If you have had a webhosting customer attempt to register using the below information it is fraudulent

This is a student in pakistan attempting to frauduently setup webhosting accounts. He is using stolen credit cards. I cancelled his first attempt because he had a USA address, no phone, and his IP was in pakistan, the next day he files for another account but this time gives a totally different name and address and credit card. Pretty stupid, I think the domain is his name even.
