Windows Server 2003 Software firewall

My windows firewall is not working properly and since i read is not the best anyway i decided to look for a better software firewall solution.

I want to install it on the same server where IIS, ftp and mail is running. I tried with Symantec enterprise but had problems...

Any advice??? Thanks!
