Mod_Throttle > Service Temporary Unavailable
I just installed Mod_Throttle on my page, I wanted to try it out.
I did this: ThrottlePolicy Volume 2000KB 1s, and restarted apache, It was going good untill the server reached above 16mbps and then I got "Service Temporary Unavailable" on the site.
I can understand this in some way because the site wants more bandwith but isn't there a way to limit the download speed and still be able to view the site?
Maybe mod_bandwith is better for this?
