'free host' script needed

I am trying to find a script that has the following features for a 'free hosting' service.

- Auto free sign up for customers
- Auto create sub domain
- Auto create FTP access when signing up
- I want to be able to have tables at the top and bottom of ever page (for advertising) automatically.
- Restrict the types of files that can be uploaded, to jpg, gif etc.

Also, I only want the customer to have ftp access, I don't want it to create a cpanel for them etc.

Any suggestions appreciated 'free host' script needed
