Can't receive *some* email...

I've had a few clients complain that they can not receive email from certain addresses.

They have no filters enabled and in some cases - have previously received mail from these addresses.

I checked over the exim_mainlog and exim_rejectlog but have found nothing. Everything in the mainlog concerning the receiving address shows it as "completed"

What else should I check?

This is an RHEL + cPanel box.
