Unable to resolve?

I'm having some challenges moving all my stuff to a dedicated server elsewhere. The server is up but unable to be found. I thought I had everything set up properly but apparently this might not be the case. Let's take the URL

http://www.kdine.com

1) I set up nameservers at the registrar - check
2) Changed the domain name to use those nameservers - check
3) The IP addresses are correct and I believe that they do have A entries and checking them at dnsstuff.com seems to confirm that they are set up. - check
4) Made sure that the web sites were transferred properly and that they work on the new server using IP/~account/ and they do work - check

But when I do a traceroute on kdine.com I get the following error message:

[b]Unable to resolve target system name kdine.com[\b]

The only thing I can think of is that I had this message when I set up the A Entry

Not sure what these other servers are but cardozo is mine. Hopefully one of you can point out where I must have gone wrong. Thanks very much in advance.
