cpu temp for 3.4ghz xeon 800

Hello,
just configured my first server, supermicro with 2x3.4ghz xeon cpu's,
did not install any os yet, just tested is everything working well,
in bios cpu1 temp is 50C, cpu2 temp is 40C, mb is between 28-32C, is it ok? or I messed something while installing cpu heatsinks? or more greace is required, or it is nothing because I did not tested it on a full cpu load yet ?

PS! temperature is stable, sometimes inc to +1C or -2C.
