Why are emails going to BULK box - yahoo
We received 2 tickets today stating that their accounts weren't setup within 24 hours.I called the parties and they checked their Yahoo.com email box and we found the welcome emails placed into their BULK inbox.
Why are some messages being sent to BULK inbox? Is there something wrong with the contents of the email?
I tested it myself to my own Yahoo account and with normal security settings it goes directly into my inbox. The customer says that our responses via the support desk manage to go directly to the Inbox but not the welcome emails.
Any clues?
