I have problems with cron on dedicated server

Hi!

I have two strange problems with cron on my dedicated server.

One is that cron run on different time then I set it up to run in cPanel. I have one scipt hat should be executed every 7 minutes, but it is executed every 3. Another one should be executed every 5 (*/5****) but it is executed every 1 munute?!

Beside that I constantly receiving emails from root with following message: stdin: is not a tty

Server is with Trustix 2.2 OS and cPanel/WHM.

Any idea how to fix this?
