fantastico bug

I've had this problem for the past 5 days, has anyone seen this before, I can't figure out the problem.

Here is the error, it happens whenever you try to install any script via Fantastico:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: makesqlpass() in /tmp/cpanel_phpengine.1128903359.83082854.80814826773 on line 1274
