Filesystem Compression suggestions
I have a backup server with multiple SATA drives that has about 1 TB of Diskspace in all. I am looking for a filesystem compression utility such as cramfs. Has anyone used anything like this or know of any other good filesystem compressions?
I will be backing up multiple debian and windows servers. Any idea's would be greatly appreciated.
To add more I will be backing up the data on the debian servers with rsync and using samba with ntbackup for the windows servers. If anyone has any other better methods of backup please feel free to comment.
