Help installing zend on Centos 4/Direct Admin Server

Well here is my attempt at install zend on my server:

[root@cp tmp]# chmod -R 755 ZendOptimizer-2.5.10a-linux-glibc21-i386
[root@cp tmp]# cd ZendOptimizer-2.5.10a-linux-glibc21-i386
[root@cp ZendOptimizer-2.5.10a-linux-glibc21-i386]# ls
data install install.sh install-tty Inventory.xml LICENSE md5 zui_files
[root@cp ZendOptimizer-2.5.10a-linux-glibc21-i386]# ./install
bash: ./install: /bin/sh: bad interpreter: Permission denied


Any ideas on what could be wrong? My server is a celeron 1.8. I spent maybe two hours looking on google on what to do with no solution. Please help me Help installing zend on Centos 4/Direct Admin Server
