hi, i run a site for ppl downloading small zip files and i'm looking for a way to setup a time limit of 30 seconds apart before another download can begin for that single ip. i'm too worry with the bandwidth bcuz theres plenty or i could just use mod_bandwidth. I ran into couple site long before and they have this setup but dont know if this apache module or some kind of script. Does anyone know how about do i do this, please?
