Debian linux Web Hosting Setup Tutorial Help.

Starting this thread so that hopefully some experienced Debian users can help us setup a fully functional web server. For the following puposes.
Running web hosting facility.
Running a remote backup services facility.

PC being used
Compaq deskpro P||
256 meg of ram
two EIDE hard drives
Master 20 gig seagate barracuda drive
Slave 160 gig western digital drive

Intended use:
Full web hosting capabilaties.
Full cgi/perl capabilaties using Suexec
Full ftp client capabilaties.
Full email capabilaties.
Billing capabilaties as well.


Software or packages installed:
Debian base system only.

Intented Packages to use:
Webmin Version 1.230 Webmin Main Page
BackupPC Version 2.1.2 BackupPC Main Page
Ababa Control Panel 2

We have tried all kinds of tutorials and webmin itself seems none are followed up with or updated or don't work at all.
We ask for this forums assistance in this project and hopefully will be the basis of a tutorial in the future that will be updated.
No we don't want fries with this order just some honest and experienced support.
