Problem with FTP to my server on certain ISP
I'm having a big problem hear and I'm totally lose on how to solve it.
Here is the story. My server is at my IDC, I have a firewall connected to my IDC router, switch connected to the firewall and server connected to the switch.
My problem is, I can't seem to ftp files up to my server when I'm using BB from one of the ISP, but I have no problem uploading files to other people server using this ISP.
I though it is my server problem some mix match or something, but when I try using another ISP BB, I have no problem uploading. I try two different ISP BB on my computer and I have no problem uploading files.
But when I use this one ISP BB, I get disconnected half way uploading files and get this 554 error.
I'm totally lost, to say it is the ISP problem, but I have no problem uploading to other people server.
I say it is my server problem, yet I have no problem uploading files to my server using 2 other ISP BB.
now I suspect it is the MTU setting on my server ethernet card, I remember reading people saying that BB uses MTU 1492 thus is it wise for me to set my server eth0 MTU to 1492 from 1500?
If I do that.... do I need to do the same for my firewall too?
anyone experience this before?

Just to add, the only different from this ISP to ther other two is, this ISP BB come with Static IP which the other two is on Dynamic IP.
