Is it possible to use Frontpage to develop and upload a website before the domain is resolved? I have a customer who would like to connect using the ip/~username to setup the site before changing the name servers.
I have tried a couple times and can't get it working. I do have Frontpage working on a test account that already resolves to the server - but the same account won't work by IP.
