$20 for help with ssh crontab/broken links

ok 2 problems number one my crons arent saving when i make them in ssh see here sitepoint.com/forums/showthread.php?t=314295

Also if you go to the site simplycomedy.com alot of the links are broken even tho it worked fine on my old server with same htaccess file.. any ideas?
