Help-Server Dies onitself -Dont know why.

Hi,
Its been happening like every week first it happened 2 times in row than after like 2 3 days it happened again the server goes out ( dies and stops pining and http and ssh everythingstops) and have to be power rebooted all the time this happens. Can someone tell me whats going on . Could it be due to APF blocking all the sudden everything ? Well here is the log just before it happends from Whmext Logs for cpanel :

Should i block ip 71.57.107.94 from acessing the server and close his account ?

Please advise me whats happening . It happened like 5 days back and now again it happened last night .
