my ip is on ordb.org

hi,

I just got a new server and found out that the IP of this server is on the Open Relay DataBase at ordg.org. I went to the site to request "remove open relay". I was ask to submit a test. My question is that the IP is already on the list, how would the test helps removing the IP? Wouldn't it keep my IP on their blacklist? How should I go about solving this issue?
