ATHLON 64 3000 for Server

Hi all,

After working on a vps for a while i decided to build my own server.
I searched for dedicated server plans and contacted with my possible server home about this. They provided 2 plan to me. One of them 1U server and the other is atx.

1U servers are expensive for me and i decided to try atx plan because i think with atx plan i can build better configuration for less.

Anyway, here is the list of my possible dedicated server content;

ASUS A8V (K8T800 PRO,GLAN,SATA,RAID,S939)
AMD - ATHLON 64 3000+ 939 VENICE
POWERCOLOR 128MB ATI Radeon 9250
Seagate 80GB 7200RPM 8MB SATA
TWINMOS - 1 GB 400 DUAL
COOLER MASTER - RS-450-ACLY
AOPEN KA50D-D007

This dedicated server will be used for webhosting. My os will either freebsd or centos.

This hardware list created with the help of Martin Cracauer from bsdforums. I think i wont have problems with freebsd.

Waiting recommendations/comments.

Thanks
