China email cannot send to spore emails server
I wonder had anyone encountered this before.
Let said we had a China clinet trying to send email to one of our clinet, but the mail cannot get thru because of :
550-Callback setup failed while verifying <xxx@xxx.com>
550-Called: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
550-Sent:MAIL FROM:<>
550-Response: 553 Requested action not taken: address blocked
550-The initial connection, or a HELO or MAIL FROM:<> command was
550-rejected. Refusing MAIL FROM:<> does not help fight spam,disregards
550-RFC requirements, and stops you from receiving standard bounce
550-messages. This host does not accept mail from domains whose servers
550-refuse bounces.
550 Sender verify failed
By doing a check on DNS report shows :
ERROR: One or more of your mailservers does not accept mail from "<>". Mailservers are required by RFC1123 5.2.9 to accept mail from "<>". By refusing this mail, you will never get reject/bounce messages, or return receipts, and you may get other mail server admins upset at you if they have to deal with your bounce messages.
ERROR: mail.cf-optic.com's MAILFROM <> response: 553 Requested action not taken: address blocked .
any resolution or advice?
