Automatic full cpanel backup ftp to my computer

It seem a somewhat recurent question, but what I want to do, is have my cpanel run a full backup every night and then ftp the file/dir to my personnal computer.

I believe it's a mix of php/cron/back/ftp

I already have a ftp server setup, just need to setup the other end.

But how to do it, im a bit confused.
