Site is sometimes "pointing" elsewhere - please help!

if you load this page, at least once every 10 tries it will lead to a blank page ( it points to byirat.com ). View source and you will see it actually pointed to byirat.com. I don't know what is causing it, I checked all my coded html pages, it does not point it there at all. Anyone know what is wrong? DNS zones look correct as well.
