Should I enable or disable hyperthreading on my Dual Xeon 3GHz 1 meg cache with EM64T

Should I enable or disable hyperthreading on my new server? Here are the specs:

Dual Xeon 3GHz with 1 Meg Cache (64 bit)
2 gig ECC DDR2 400Mhz RAM
2 x 80 gig SATA
100Mbps NIC and 3TB Bandwidth
CentOS

I mainly run anonymous proxy sites on it. They use the script PHPProxy 0.4. What will be better off for me? HT on or off?

PS. the 2nd hardrive is empty at the moment, I am moving /home to it, should I move /tmp and / or the Swap to it? Thanks.
