anonymous ftp isnt working?

im trying to allow ftp downloading using an anonymous login, anonymous is enabled in whm ftp settings and on the account but i just get the following when trying to login

any ideas as to why ti doest work. anonymous ftp isnt working?

EDIT: and i know my build of smartftp was old i've just updated it after pasteing this anonymous ftp isnt working?
