MyServer Is Hacked!!!
Our server is hacked and someone has penetrate our server (not of our users)
and he changed our root password and even he changed the root username,So even the user roo didn't exist anymore.
I want to know how can I avoid this kind of happenings anymore and How can I detect teh Hcker IP ,so that I can block his IP.
My server is Linux and which files I should check to detect his IP???
