I have a fast server but it goes down for no reason..

Hi guys,

My server is a Xeon 2.4Ghz (1GB ram). It loads very fast most of the time but for some reason it goes down at least 3 time a day for 1-2 mins at time.

Some info.
Scripts installed : Wordpress and Eaccelerator
Load average: 5 to 7
Ping average: 6.2 to 10
hosting: Non cogent

Right before it goes down (most of the time) i get this error (below) on wordpress.

This is what usually happens before the server goes down.

1. First it stats to slow down
2. I see that wordpress error
3. Goes down for 1 mins and then comes back and everything is normal again.
