Basic Network Configuration with Multiple IP's

Hello,

I apologize if this has been repeated before in these forums before, but couldn't find it - so please help. I'm setting up a small hosting service for myself & colleagues and running into a snag.

Here's my current equipment.

2 x Dell 400 SC servers, both running CentOS4.2/Plesk,
1 x Static IP,
2 Desktop Pc's running windows XP.
1 Wireless Laptop.

My current configuration is
WWW>ONE STATIC>DSL MODEM>LINKSYS WRTG54GSV4 (4 PORT)>SERVER1, SERVER2, DESKTOP1, DESKTOP2, WIRELESS LAPTOP.

However, with most Control Panels require that the eth0 (ethernet card) be configured directly to the external IP (i.e. not behind NAT) and my router not able to handle multiple IP's, my question is what is the best way to wire this? I have recently upgraded to 5 new static IP'S, now I need to know how to configure it that:

1st IP> SERVER 1
2nd IP> SERVER 2, and so on.

I was thinking of the Linksys RV042 10/100 4 Port VPN Router, which will handle multiple IP's.

Is this the best way to go, or is there an easier route? I was initially thinking a hub, then a switch but couldn't decipher if a switch allows dsl in and when each server/computer is plugged in, you just pick an IP and Bob's your Uncle!

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Greg
