problem with creating account in cpanel
i am unable to add new account in my server
its stoping in this step

Copying skel files from /root/cpanel3-skel/ to /home/xxx/
Using redhat 7.1/mdk 8.0
Using new quota support
(uid 320 25600 25600 ):

and nothing !
browser status showing that still somethings is proccesing but nothing , i tried too many times but its just making username and ....
how can i know which step have problem ? any logfile ?
