IP port forwarding?

I just got DirectAdmin licensed for a colo I manage for a company I work for... And it needs two IPs (you know, ns1, ns2) and thats fine. But DA hijacks those IPs, I believe...

I need to use port 80, (possibly 443) or 21 (service ports, as we know) on one allocated IP, and forward it to port 2222 on the primary IP. So I can type in http://spareip/ and really go to http://primaryip:2222

Since I'm behind firewalls often,
Its very hard to remote manage. This would mean I could get to DA.. And also like to do the same thing, but spareip:21 (ftp - which wont be running ftp, since its not allocated to FTP) which goes to say, primaryip:22 (SSH...) so I can get SSH and DA from remote, but its simply connecting to services which are allowed, from behind firewalls.

Possible?
Would this need external, or could I use IPTables? I'm not firmiliar with IPTables unfortnately, so have no idea if I could do that using it...
