Remote assistance
Hello,
I’m looking for software (HTTP (Web BASED) that is capable of remote assistance something like PC Anywhere.
I would like the user to click on a link, and I would to be able to connect to their pc.
Support over the telephone can only do so much. Something free would be excellent to help with support.
Has anyone have this kind of service to let customers get assistance via the Internet?
