Restart Apache Failed: libphp4.so error
i have a problem on a vps as the apache is down and whe i try to restart i recive the following error:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart: httpd not running, trying to start
Syntax error on line 215 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.so into server: libmysqlclient.so.12: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart: httpd could not be started
