help with error message

Hi, it's the first time I see this error message when I try to download a multimedia file off my server. Others complained of the same problem too. Here's the message:

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.


* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments
What error code is this? After a refresh, it's fine again. Anyone know what's the deal? help with error message
