Domains not resolving

I have a windows server and i have two problems.

According to Hivelocity they have me on 100mbit port but my nic is still telling me 10mbit.

Next,
My domains arent resolving anymore.

Server has been fine until today, all of a sudden domains wont resolve.

I can ping ips and stuff i just cant get name servers to resolve.

I havent changed network settings or anything.
