User Access Control

Hi

I have been asked by a client if a system can be installed to allow certain users access to certain accounts and then even just access certain folders.

user a
user b
user c

account d
account e
account f
account g
account h

user a can access account d and e
user b can access account f and h
user c can access account d,e,f,g,h

also within the above user a can only access certain folders in account e, but all of account d

and various other combinations.

Im pretty sure this can be done with groups, but the administrative overhead would be immense considering this is for a clustered setup with many nodes.

I have looked at http://www.centrify.com/directcontrol/features.asp but have been unable to get hold of someone technical to see if the above scenario is possible.

Any suggestions ?
