Perl script checker

I can't believe that a program that ease the life of our customers has not yet been released.
I'm looking for a simple script that checks another script for syntax, path to cgi, if it has been chmoded and fix all of them (for what it regards syntax just tells the line where the error lies...).

Does anybody here can suggest me a script like this?
