Terminal Services connection problem

I'm having a mystery problem and am hoping someone can help.

My Win2K server running Terminal Services. I used to be able to connect to it just fine, but now my NT 4.0 box is able to connect only sporadically. I can connect from other PCs just fine, but most of the time, when I try to connect from my NT 4.0 box, I get "The client could not connect to the Terminal Server. The server may be too busy. Please try connecting later."

Since this problem started yesterday, I've tried to connect from NT a dozen times, and have gotten this message every time but once. That one time, I was able to get through, log into the Win2K server, and stay connected for about 5 minutes, when I the connection was lost.

Because I'm able to connect from other boxes, I don't think the problem is on the server. And because I was able to connect that one time, I don't think it's a firewall issue on my NT box.

I've run telnet to connect from the NT box to the Terminal Services server at port 3389, and it works fine.

I haven't changed anything on my server since this problem started. I don't think I've changed anything on my NT box, but it's been a few days since I was able to connect reliably, and I don't know what seemingly-insignificant thing I might have changed on my NT box without realizing it.

Any ideas?
