A redundant network?

Hey guys, I am taking a Cisco course CCNA and it has got me interested in networks etc. Man they are fascinating in how to make redundant networks work. Anyway, I thought I would create a little diagram of what I thought would be suitable for a network for a dedicated server/collocation provider. You know when some times you guys create a small network keeping it redundant and all

Its attached, let me know if it is poor or would work well. I think the concepts behind it are easy to see.

Note the grey things, at the bottom are servers, I only put for as it is an example, and yes each one has 2 STP CAT5 connections.

Let me know

Regards

DislexiK
