Interchange removing problem

Hello! I disabled Interchange:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/chkservd stop

disabled from tweak settings
unchecked from service manager
kill -9 PID

/etc/rc.d/init.d/chkservd start

Cpanel restart

But now, on users accounts under Service Status, interchange appears as failed. How can I remove them from Cpanel?
